Vision Becomes Reality -- Starting with just two employees and one customer in 1994, HMB aimed to provide customized information system development services for Fortune 500, private, and state and local government organizations. Mission accomplished. Today with more than 200 development projects under our belt, we still hold true to our founding principles:
